Used to deal with this company 25 years ago & they were great, very helpful & suggested solutions based on their wealth of knowledge in this area.

Took a sample of a project down to them today & it was a complete waste of time, he wanted me to tell him the strength of the belt required & the material, width, tooth pitch PCD etc, told him everything except the strength of the belt required & was about to discuss it with him & he refused saying that if they suggested something & it didn’t work I’d come back complaining & they would have to work it all out again & then they don’t make any money.

So on that note I told him to stick it & I’d take my business elsewhere, unbeknown to him I required 100 toothed pulley’s & 50 belts.

Don’t bother with this company, they aren’t what they used to be, just one fat sod who can’t be bothered with customers.
