Ray charged $310.00 for less than 2hrs.For this price I would expect the job requested would of been a 100percent. Windows were still dirty,floors were not mopped properly,oven recess was splashed up on wall,shower was not cleaned properly.Charged an extra $10.00 for 2 toilets to be cleaned. When I asked for a quote he came around and promised that the job would be sparkling.Well he arrived late with 4 people and the job was not done up to my expectations after paying $310.00. I feel that he has been in the game long enough to be a talker for a quick few hundred dollars in the pocket.I wish now that I payed carpets,bathroom,oven and windows independantly and got the jobs done quickly.Im not rating this business a star,and I will be writing to Ray White to advise them not to recommend them.Once I complained to him he said that he was doing a young family a favour,when I called him I was not asking for a favour I was asking for the job to be done properly.It is not easy just to get that amount of money together let alone give it away for nothing. Five stars on complete disappointment.
