Staff not so friendly or keen to assist you if you're not a local.

Vistied store on Saturday 3rd Sept at Sorrento, staff was busy with two ladies and wished them well for their wedding was very friendly... I asked her politely for one size up and she refused to let me try a larger size and advised if the slide on is coming off your feet then no need to try a larger size... she was not so friendly or welcoming with us and I genuinely was interested in purchasing the shoe... however my sister advised to put it down and try a store in Melbourne where they're happy to assist no matter where I live.

I mentioned it is a little tight at the front and a 38 might be better however she would not comply and find me a larger size. my sister and I were amazed at her attitude and knew she looked down at us as were not locals.
