Measurements were by Regency, they outsource the cutting tosomeoneelse and theirqualitycontrol is noexistent as thecomponentsarrivedfor one of the wardrobes were cut too short.

No compensation offered for having to take an extra day to be available, rude andcondescendingin his attitude toward purchaser. No pride in workmanship or in public relations.
