STAY AWAY! Our whippet visited to have 2 picture wounds treated.

It was a non urgent so they keep her at the clinic for 10 hours while they worked on more urgent cases.

Picked up at 11:00pm with a bill of $2300.

Zero compassion just outright greed, other patients were being charged more then initially quoted while we were waiting.I understand it’s a business but there fees are unjustifiable bordering on criminal.Its obvious they try to milk every job for all it’s worth, TOTALLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Called first spoke with Jess was told to bring our pet in. Brought out pet in waited over an hour to see vet for nurse to come back as say you will need to go to the vet across the road we can’t see you.. was told was within walking distance was not. Vet by this time had multiple people before us. All of this only further distressed our pet. I’m gobsmacked at the pack of care and compassion.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely exceptional care given to my cat after he was hit by a car and left with a broken jaw, multiple skull fractures and a damaged eye. I have no doubt the care given saved his life, and the twice daily updates kept me fully informed of his progress.- I cannot express the appreciation I felt for the time given to explaining his condition each day and to answering any questions in such a friendly and caring way (despite the pressures the vets and nurses must be under.) Could not have asked for better care, and a recovery beyond expectations.

Never never again

I used this clinic recently for my three dogs, after we suspected them eating Rat poison as it turns out only one of them did, I rang the vet they were friendly and amazing on the phone, told us to bring them straight in and were incredible with all three dogs in care and in manner. And didn't charge me a fortune. Very grateful, highly recommend !
