Hostgeek is a scam business that has made false withdrawls against my ban account totalling over $15,000. Adam in accounts admitted the error and said he would fix it that weekend. That was over 2 months ago now. A bit opf research uncovered another 5 customers with similar stories. I was in hospital at the time and the only reason they stopped is becasue they emptied my bank account. My emails dont get answered, no one picks up the phone, they don't care. It's fraud and comeone should go to jail for this. Beware of this company and do not engage their services.

Could not agree more with Kanjo. Also overcharged and unable to get through to anyone for over a week.

I have been charged many time for their service in just few weeks. I have tried to follow up many times through phone calls, support tickets and emails unsuccessfully. I highly recommend to find a different service provider and to stay away from this business

These guys have been really helpful, since switching my site has never performed better and when I have needed to speak to the support team they have always been great and always ready to assist. I took up their Web Care service for my website and now I also don't have to deal with updates and breaking my site.
