We have been providing professional building services in Torquay, Geelong and the Surf Coast.
Little Constructions Pty Ltd is not a volume builder (we do not start more than one building project per month). We are proudly locally, family owned & operated building company that operates in the Greater Geelong region. You get to deal directly with the registered building practitioner (Mark Little) who manages your project & this allows us to work closely.
Little Constructions Pty Ltd is the authorised Glenvill building partner for the Geelong region, which is great news for you. If you don't want the expense of a custom home then the large range of beautifully designed Glenvill homes will suit your budget perfectly.
Custom homes We can build homes to any specification. Bring in your plans, or if you don’t have any plans, we can help you design your dream home. Our new homes are built to the highest standards and you can be ensured that you will be happy with your new home. We build what you want, not what is cheapest for us and with access to the latest trends in the industry, we are there to advise and help you with your decisions.
We work closely with a portfolio of around 20-22 projects per year. This ensures that each client receives extensive personal service throughout the building process. This carries through from the preliminary concept drawings and planning phases, building permits to complex site works, utilities considerations to internal fit out and selection of colours and materials.

Little Constructions built a beautiful home for our family. When searching for a builder we found ourselves continually comparing the quality of display homes and nothing compared to Little Constructions. This high quality workmanship definitely translated to our home and we couldn’t be happier.
All of the office staff were fantastic during the pre-construction phase and we appreciated working directly with Mark when designing our home. Leesa helped us enormously during colour selection. Site Manager Paul was amazing to deal with during the construction phase, always keeping us informed along the way.
Little Constructions made the building process an enjoyable one and we definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of building their home.
