Spent probably close to $16,000 on one car and about $6,000 and rarely over nearly 5 years that these incompetent so-called mechanics have laid they're grubby little hands on my cars, i have rarely had both cars at home. At one stage they had a car for 5 months.
80% of the time my cars had to be towed back after a service or repair!!
They haveno damn idea and charge $120/hour. Total idiots.
They charged me for a nee carby which failed then they told me they created one.
They charged me for a new filter. One week later i take my car to another mechanic and the filter was filthy. It was NEVER changed but i was charged for a new one. I took the old filter and the manager toldme that the filter quote comes u automatically on the bill!!!
My battery kept draining. They charged me but never fixed the problem. Another mechanic discoverex it was the alarm draining it.
I have all the receipts which i will be taking to VCAT.
Nearly $23,000 repairs for 2 cars.
