They kept my car for over 2 months and then charged me $1300 more then their quote. Very week I was told a different story.

After blowing a trailer tyre on the way home to Sydney we were stuck on the side of the rd for hours as it was a public holiday. We decided to phone the nrma and they sent out a tow truck to tow the boat to grafton were it would stay untill the morning. Motortorque automotive where the company who towed the boat this cost us $250.
The next morning we went back to ask where the best place to find new tyres would be and were told a few different places and were told once we found them to bring them back and thy would fit them for us no problem! ( them knowing full well tyre power would have done it in the cost we paid for the tyres ) Well we did this and waited an hour to only be told after they had fit the tyres that it was another $100 labour fee. I want to say how absolutely disgusted I am with this company as they did not say a thing about charging us to fit them until the job was already done ! I am extremely angry and upset about this . I advice nobody to use this company as they will rip you off !
