I had a large residential job and researched half a dozen companies to come in and quote because it was going to be around $10,000. Some did not respond and there was a surprising price range — but AirXperts was in the bottom half, and that shows honesty. They were the only ones to show transparency by preparing a quote telling me actual details of the job to be done. Unlike the others, AirXperts actually came back to me with choices and models to configure, which you would expect for one of life's biggest purchases. I chose them because of their level of professionalism and when the installation day came, this was reflected in their work. They consulted me a few times about the aesthetic choices and came up with tweaks that improved the layout. The outdoor units are now far more accessible, neatly separated from the floors and walls, and with tidier piping than the units they replaced. The old units were taken away without me having to ask, and I appreciated that, as well as the sweeping and vacuuming along the way. This is one of the easiest recommendations I would make. Always get 3 quotes for something this large, but don't bother trying to save 10% or 15% if they're not this good.

I talked to a dozen aircon installers and what made me choose AirXperts was because they had amazingly efficient staff and comparatively very good offers. They provided the type of support that customer support everywhere should be - easy going, to-the-point, friendly and useful. The great two man team who installed our AC system were done in about two hours and left it nice and tidy afterwards. Would definitively recommend.
