I wish I had read the reviews first , Ordered a part from them 5 weeks ago which was finally sent and delivered to the wrong address not far from my address . I went to this address to try and retrieve the part , but know one seems to live there . I rang Lismore Appliances to request a refund as I cant be bothered dealing with these clowns anymore , they wont refund my money . Under no circumstances give this company any money , they are nothing but criminals . They dont respond to emails and have little regard for there customers . STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely appalling service, wanting payments upfront then don't show for appointments.

Have to chase them every day as there is no customer service and after over a week of them rescheduling still a no show. They should not be in business

THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT COME TO YOUR PLACE TO PUT YOUR ELECTRIC OVEN OR STOVE IN ARE NOT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS AT ALL.
