It took Fixstation 2 weeks to actually place my order, after being told that it had been placed only to discover a week later that it had not. Complete dishonesty with no apology. After that, it took an additional 3 weeks to conduct a "48 hour repair" of my laptop screen, after ordering the wrong part and THEN I still had to call to find out that the repair had been completed. As a student, being without a computer for 5 weeks while studying and submitting job applications this was a major inconvenience that I could have avoided and happily paid extra to go somewhere else and have the repair done in a week.
After complaining about this, I was offered $20 off "my next service" - what a joke. As if I would ever go back.
The customer service here was terrible - every single time I wanted to know what was going on, I had to call. My calls were never returned promptly at all and cannot believe that after complaining several times no attempt has been made to make up for this appalling service.
