Had a leaking pipe and the boys sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed in no time. Really professional and easy to deal with. Everything’s working perfectly now — highly recommend!

I have been requesting them over a month to send me a description for what they fixed. It was a leak inside the house, and I needed this report to show South East Water. Even when I first made the booking I told them that I needed an urgent report before March.

Job done in first week of February, still no letter. Also took away a part that belonged to me. One guy came pretending to be Danny, who is retired. Completely untrustworthy company.

Came out a few times couldn’t find the problem for no hot water. Rang them to arrange for them to come by because problem still occurred their response was not sure when and then asked for a approx time they told us “ring the police” ( not sure why that’s about). Just plain rude and no need to be like that. They finally decided it’s a burst pipe now have to send specialists. 3 weeks no hot water
