NLC has hands down been the worst experience I have EVER had with a company.

The sales pitch sounded great - everything seemed fine and nothing seemed like an issue. Once the contract was signed however everything changed.

Immediately my car was going to take an extra 2 months on top of what I was told it would be (just days earlier). I then had to endure NLC sending out wrong paperwork, stuffing around me (and my employer) and being told flat out lies when I asked questions and what was going on. Due to all this I had my car ready at a dealership for weeks with me unable to pick it up.

When I was able to collect it I was missing the accessories ordered (which I was told on the day would be sorted).

Three weeks later (and constant emails to NLC) I’m still no closer to receiving the accessories i ordered and am paying for.

I’m now forced to take it to the Office of Fair Trading.

Consider my experience as a huge warning…Do NOT deal with NLC!!!

Staff will lie to you to convince you to sign up. I was told I would have one interest rate, then ended up working out later to be a lot more. I was also told many other lies by 3 different staff members about cancellation fees. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get what is far but the compensation offer for misinformation I received still leaves me $500 out of pocket. I was forced to take the offer because they threatened it would "expire" and the alternative was $1400 more than that.

I used NLC to lease my my new vehicle.

The consultant was very patient as this was my first least and I had lots of questions and wanted to try lost of combinations.

They provided me with a quote that was very detailed and I could see where the lease money was going. This made it very easy to customise my lease and to suit me. Other leasing companies did not provide this detail.

One thing I will mention isthat if you can negotiate, get the price for the car yourself. NLC price wasabout $1000 dearer that I was able to get myself. Not to bed for a days work getting the quotes.

Everything else NLC handled and made it hassle free for me.
