Can not believe this !!

Bali Day bed is Faulty >> Where is the customer service here ? I am a good loyal customer and when i bought this only 1 month ago and it broke after 2 sittings .. we were denied a refund only to be told we could have a replacement so we waited.. The replacement was NOT the same bed and yet still they wanted us to take it or return the broken product !!>> Still waiting for a full refund !
