Who knew that a kitchen tiling job could be so fraught. Out first tiler strung us along for two weeks before telling us he did not want the job. The second tiler over estimated the number of tiles we required by 3.5 square metres, seemingly had little clue on how to lay tiles, and ended up being shown the door. What luck that we found Sam and Atlas. Within minutes of lodging an enquiry we had set up an initial visit. Sam was able to measure up accurately, and was clear about his costs, and when he would be able to start. We had no hesitation is accepting his quote, and we have had no reason to regret this decision. Sam and his staff proved to be hard and competent workers whose primary aim was to do a good job, and get the job done. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

When the tiler that we initially hired turned out to be dodgy, Sam from Atlas Tiling was our saviour. He responded very quickly to my email with a very reasonable quote, but more importantly he knew what he was talking about and wanted the best result possible for our kitchen splashback. Our wall was quite damaged from the old tiles that had been removed, and the conduit that was cut out by the electrician. Sam protected our new benchtops and rendered the wall, preparing it for the tiling. He also supplied all necessary supplies required for the rendering and tiling.



The mosaic tiles that we had chosen had three different materials (stainless steel, glass and stone) which all needed different tools to be cut. However, Sam did a great job delivering nothing less than perfection. He worked extra hours in his own time to meet our timeline, whilst still honouring his initial quote. Also, Sam cleaned up after himself and left the kitchen looking clean.
