McDonald's

Disgusted with customer service & food was cold. Was ripped off majorly by this 'one' store, was polite until we were refused a re-fund whilst being laughed at by so-called manager/boss (we gave their food back too)! Will be sharing my experience!

Absolutely stupid, they made us wait forever then forgot out chips and drinks, they did not give us a receipt so we could not prove that there were items missing. After all the fuss i arrived home only to find that my burger which costed $12 is wrong!!!!!! I tried calling them to complain but the phone line said it was busy. I rang over 200 times over 3 hours and theres still no response. Seriously Toowoomba south Maccas needs to step up its bloody game!!!!!

Tonight was the 4th time in a row my meal was wrong and instead of outstanding coutomer sevice like the last 3 times the managers were rude and did not take one second to realise somone on there end had messed up my replacment order and the had the guts to then give us our new meal we payed for the on duty manager then basicly threw our drinks at us no heres your.... have a lovely night nothing not even a thank you they need a new caree maby in garbage disposal.................. full on disrespectful

Toowoomba south macdonalds is fast getting a reputation as the worst service industry outlet in toowoomba . There efforts at my last visit seems to confirm this , 8pm 2/6/15 , there's no coke available , the mcflurry was melted ( I had to go in for it because it was forgotten at the drive through window ) ,9 minutes at drive through . Only one staff member used any manners , out of four spoken to . The quarter pounder was cold and the chips soggy . This was my first time back for 3 months , when they got the order wrong and made it seem like my fault ( just as well I had a receipt), oh well lesson learned I suppose.

Wanted to send an email to a Toowoomba South store to thank a young man by the name of Braydon for going out of his way to ensure I was able to get Frappes this morning (17/02/15) but the Macca's web page won't allow it to becsent. Not only ensuring I got coffee frappes but running after me to swap mcwraps so one was sauce free. Thank you so much Braydon.
