As a female cave gym has a very safe feeling. Everyone is very friendly. A perfect mix of ages in members. Guaranteed to make heaps of friends and new gym buddies. Very clean and well maintained.

if I could give it a 6 starts I would. Great equipment, environment and facilities. Staff are always very helpful and welcoming. includes a sauna, ice bath, tanning machine, massage chairs, supplement shop within the gym, air conditioning, heaps of knowledgeable personnel trainers

Amazing family-owned gym with a massive range of high-quality equipment. Welcoming and friendly vibe! Great range of equipment and services for anyone... powerlifting, bodybuilding, improving fitness, building muscle, recovery-focused. Free creche, classes plus yoga and mat pilates is a nice bonus as well.

Take my daughter every weekend for the bouldering wall. Great prices and facilities. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best gym in Toowoomba! By far the best facility I have been too, so much so that I moved from Toowoomba 2 years ago and have kept my membership active just in case I got the chance to go again. If you're looking for a gym that has absolutely everything, you've found it!

All the kids in the Creche love it with the cool dinosaur decorations and the lovely ladies who do the child minding there.

Positively not a diversity friendly place. Limited parking space. The bathrooms, toilets and sauna are filthy and ill maintained. Charge much hidden fee and costs that is not mentioned in the advertising material. Can get adversarial and rough if questioned about that.
