Sam's Antenna Service

Sam is a Hawkesbury local who knows tv reception in the area. Phoned today with our issue and he was at our home within two hours. We discussed a number of options, Sam considered our needs and budget. Solution agreed upon.

Called Sam late Friday, he was at our house Saturday morning. Everything was installed and fixed within 1.5hrs. Sam even took the old aerial away.

Installed new antenna on our new house, very happy with the work and very easy to talk to. Setup our tvs and made sure everything was working perfectly.

The service itself was efficient and reasonable priced. Sam was recommended by a family member and we are very happy to have taken the recommendation. We were warned he can be a bit gruff but upon meeting him found him to be a polite knowledgeable gentleman.



Sam took the time to look into our entire set-up, which included climbing into the roof, and understood what was causing the issues and how to fix it. Before commencing work he informed us of the different options, such as only receiving what we asked for and upgrading our systems. We selected the upgrade and are not disappointed as it has certainly fixed the problems we were facing.

I have read the other reviews and was surprised by the negative ones. The service we received was prompt efficient and very reasonably priced. We only received what we asked for but also received information on upgrading if we required it. We went to Sam‘s antennas after a recommendation and may not have engaged him after reading some of the reviews. We have since found that the negative reviews do not reflect in anyway the service we received. Happy to wholeheartedly recommend this service.

Lost all tv service on the Sunday night. Rang Sam late Monday afternoon. He promised me he would be there mid Tuesday afternoon. But wait - he got tied up at a previous job - but rang me and turned up after 5 to give me a short fix resolution to the problem.



Explained the problem - fixed it. Told me what I needed long term - quoted it - reasonable price.



I’m fussy but this bloke impressed me. I have read previous reviews but Sam was recommended to me. Nothing was a drama - price was more than fair - service was excellent. No dramas and I would recommend Sam no issues. If you can get a tradie to turn up after five to a job he said he’d be at earlier - but he still contacts you and turns up AND does the job no dramas - works for me. And trust me - I’m fussy.

Sam's local and understands what we need here. He updated our antenna and pointed it at the new towers, made good suggestions on what to do with our system, and explained all the changes perfectly.

This man spoke down to my wife, was cussing in front of her, made her feel unsafe in our own home and was extremely rude. Do not use.
