great service, parts are clean. and if their is a problem you talk to the owner of the business not someone that just managers it. been dealing with them for 20yrs and always resolved any problems or cocerns i have had.

Had gear box replaced.Car was ready faster than expected. Would recommend. Will update if car has any problems from the gear box that was put in

I am very disappointed with the customer service i received, I phoned an ordered parts which were ment to have been in there stock, i drove over an hour to get there only to be told they didn't have any in stock and showed no interest in helping to locate one.... Buyers beware.... I DO NOT NOT RECOMMEND........

Purchased a engine off them , cone with 3 nonths warrenty .
Fitted it and it had a blown headgasket .

Asked for a simple exchange motor and was denied one. The owner steve claimed he drove the car him self . Never buy another thing again . Will also be letting fair trading know

Absloute WANKERS !!!,rang them from website cash for cars min $300 paid,they tell $150 if the come and get the car or $300 if I take car to them,so I spend a hour getting car going and taking it to them,just making it there only to be told they will only give me $200 and then they give me there dealers book and want me to do all there paper work for the sale of the car,bad way to run a business there word means nothing !!!!

After being blown off by someone at another wreckers, I tried these guys looking for a mechanism for the rear window for my 4WD. Had previously been told that if I could hear the motor I wouldn't need to replace it; lucky for me at Bargain Spares and Repairs they took 5 minutes to come to my car and have a look to ensure I was getting what I needed. Lo and behold I needed a motor as well as the mechanism! If it hadn't been for their friendliness and exceptional service I would have been making multiple trips. Will DEFINITELY come back in the future if I need anything else.

Far less than satisfactory. Cant follow through with jobs, dont reply, pass the buck back to customer to forever chase them up on parts, poor structure, poor customer service still owe me 50 dollars in credit for spares I have submitted to a particular indivivual in management who still has not delivered on my part must be 8 months now. Very very poor, buyer be ware they hate returning money.

Absolutely horrible service. Rude staff. Will definitely not be going back!
