Terrible service and useless cleaner for how much she charges. I had to hire another company to come in and redo the job as she wouldn’t come back and blocked my number when I started sending photos of all the areas she didn’t clean.

I hired Elisa from Cleaning Queen Gold Coast to do a bond clean. They arrived 5 min late. Then I asked them to move one of their cars into a different bay as we have allocated parking in our complex. Elisa complained several times and started saying how she would have to charge by the hour for the mess around (which took all of 3 minutes to move the car - and keep in mind she was late to arrive).



I had received a fixed fee quote for the job but she started going on about how she would have to charge by the hour. The attitude was so poor and she complained so much in the first 10 minutes of arrival that I let her go and found someone else. She demanded I pay a $50 cancellation fee and stood over me threatening me with legal action and coerced me to pay the fee to her bank account. I asked her to show me where the cancellation policy was written and she couldn’t show me. She demanded that I make the payment before she leaves and refused to send an invoice via email.



I paid her just so she would leave but what she did was very illegal and I am putting in a formal complaint about this business. Since the cancellation fee wasn’t stated on booking (and can’t seem to find her website with any terms and conditions) and the quote was fixed fee the extra charges that I supposedly had to pay are not valid, and she didn’t give me an invoice for the fee paid. Very unethical business. She also threatened to sue me for defamation if I left a negative review. Don't ever use this company. I can see now there are many other negative reviews for them online and I'm sorry to say there one more to add to the pile.

You need to get an in home quote as this company charges by the job NOT by the hour.



In my case, I was quoted over the phone only to be told after my kitchen chairs were cleaned it would cost an extra $20. The owner quote sight unseen, but had her cleaner at my property indicate the property was bigger so I would be charged more.



When I queried why I wasn't given a quote for the extra, the owner responded "I was busy carpet cleaning".



Whilst the cleaner Sam was excellent and lovely to deal with, I found Elisa to be very unprofessional.



I would only recommend this company if you were given a quote up front (including GST) and not being charged to do extra things.

I won a $100 cleaning voucher back in July. From the cleaning queen Gold Coast. After calling texting leaving message. Over the last few months she has come up with countless excuses why she can’t make it then finally today she has txt me after I again tried calling numerous times and said we do not book in “freebies” from our competitions during busy times.
