Endeavour Couriers

Worst courier experience ever. Extremely rude customer service, like the other reviewer I was hung up on, lied to constantly and given every excuse under the sun. When the parcel arrived weeks late the holding depot refused to release it until Endeavour paid their bill because they'd had trouble with them previously. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really bad service.

I was told I would receive my package on Wednesday/Thursday.
I called them on Friday morning asking for an update. I was told I would get a call back.

Called again in the afternoon. Was advised she doesn't know, to "call back later" and hung up.

I wonder if this company realises I've had someone wait at home for 3 days now. If they're going to be late, just say so. No need to hang up rudely either.

Still waiting for my delivery.
