They are all great assets to the company and an example of what customer service should be.

We got our stone recently installed with GMG Stone and we found them to be best priced around and the service was second to none.
The installers Dennis and Shai arrived on site and prepared the cabinets immediately and then placed the stone in place up one flight of stairs. They took all the care in the world and did not complain once, the guys were fantastic and very professional.

Thanks you to the entire team @ GMG Stone and especially the installers Dennis & Shai for the best installation ever. They could see I was a bit nervous and dealt with that perfectly. I will be dealing with GMG Stone on the next project coming soon.

These guys just completed our kitchen benchtop and splashback and couldn't be happier. However the customer service that I received from an older gentleman after making an enquiry about a significantly sized marble offcut was met with bad attitude and no attempts to even look into my enquiry were made. I understand that GMG have policies in place regarding offcuts, but the manner in which this individual came across was a disgrace and totally unacceptable. Please don't let my awful experience with this rude human being put you off using GMG, as the 2 younger guys that I met at the factory were brilliant and more than helpful. I just couldn't let this guy get the upper hand after he hung up on me! cheers

Difficult to contact in first instance, paperwork sat on a desk for 4 days delaying my install, stone instillation measures out significantly- a difference of 15mm in some spots! I am awaiting product correction- had to cancel electrician and plumber and again delay completion.
Quick to take my money- slow to provide a good service and product. Glass install hasn't even started. Terribly disappointed that what should be an exciting time getting a new kitchen is turning out to be a nightmare - made more so that I have a kitchen I can't use due to GMG mistakes.

Just had a kitchen manufactured and installed by these guys, it was a difficult job water fall ends, mitres, 40mm thick in natural stone. It was also big and heavy. The guys did a great job, easy to deal with, everything went in spot on. No one complained about the massive lift and at the end everything was left clean and tidy. You guys are awesome thanks a lot

If there was a zero out of five, that would be it. This company significantly delayed having a working kitchen with stuff ups surrounding their measurements and cut out of the stone. Associated with Ikea so that you have NO IDEA that you will have to deal with this company, they simply cannot measure and cut stone and are unapologetic about it. They have your money upfront, so they do not care. After three failed attempts at measuring and cutting correctly, the fourth time was still incorrect but I gave up, called the electrician to move a power point in order to line up with the incorrectly measured splashback. Awkward place to have a power point, but sick of dealing with this company and the continual delays and stuff ups. Avoid.
