Southport hyundai are a joke my window smashed from the inside out from the car being to hot in the inside and than having the A/C. So I went in the the Southport hyundai and they have refused a warranty claim saying something has hit the window when there wad no other car around. I got a couple of second opinions and they said that it should be claimed by warranty and now they won't replace my LIFE TIME WARRANTY TINT.

Salesman, Ethan Artz is a true asset to Gold Coast Hyundai. The very first thing Ethan did was to listen intently; he then went above and beyond to get us the little flying machine that we actually wanted (the i30 N). In the first instance we were looking at a 6 month wait for the car we wanted and within 24 hours of phoning around the country he found us a cancellation of the exact model and spec we wanted. If you're in the market for any model of Hyundai ask for Ethan Artz first, you won't be disappointed. He's been brilliant throughout and the process was painless and simple. We own a small family business and given time we'll be replacing about seven vehicles and we won't be going anywhere else. How could anyone drive past a five year warranty and five years servicing fully inclusive. It's a no brainer. Thanks for all your help Ethan and good luck.

I am writing this review because I had terrible experience with this dealer and wrote a bad review on Snap21 and it's not posted on website.



I test drove one of the Hyundai SUV and the features and options been explained and demonstrated on sales floor.

I was impressed and made a 1000 deposit and bought a car.

In early this month I signed Hyundai car finance documents and picked up the car.



My new car had different gear box compare to the car I test drived and doesn't come with the feature the sales man demonstrated on sales floor with another car."remote parking assist" which really impressed me.



Also, with car finance had many fees which are not explained before I sign up for car loan docs.

Applications fee 395 -which is acceptable.

Orgination fee 900 - some companies don't have.

Other fees.

I was buying less than 51800 car but end up paying much more than 53000 after signing the car finance docs.



I tried to cancel the car but I got relied 'Buying a new car no cooling off period in QLD'



***If you want to buy a car from this dealer you need to make sure check the you buying and read the all the documents details really carefully and you fully understood.

I had brake and engine lights on my car and i rang this happen and they gave me appionntment after three weeks . They told me we will take two hours . When i did go for fix my car and they told me five hours and i told i dont have time to wait hear . They book the appiontment again and told me come early 7:30 and we will fix ir car first . when i hand over ther key they told me whole day we will take to fix the car . when i told they told me on the phone we will take two hours and she told me booking departmwnt does not know . They just waste me whole day and end of the day i took my car without fix .

Terrible service. . I pulled a 12 hour night shift, dropped my car off for a scheduled service. . It was booked in for 9am. . We Walked to Australia Fair and killed 3 hours, went back to pick the car up and they told us they haven't even started. .
This is just plain and simply ridiculous time management on their part. .
I know there is always a good excuse for everything. . They said the manager will ring me monday. . I cant wait to hear his good excuse. .
Like every single car dealership on the planet, they blow hot air up your AR$E to get your money, then they sh1t in your face afterwards. .
Do you think i'm angry after being awake for 30hrs?? Damn right i am. .
