Primary Medical & Dental Centre Southport

Reception staff rude and not helpful. Had a sick 4 year old. The information I received on the phone completely different to what I was told when I arrived. Not going back again.

As above, Nurses are very slow and there is a steady flow of staff getting coffee A LOT. Not a nice atmosphere, next time I’ll use google doctor,

Got an x ray for my daughter and the guy that did x rays was in such a hurry and rude, i asked would they be ready the next day he said yes.. go back the next day ask lady at front desk are they ready? She said yes they should be ... wait 2 hrs for Doctor only to be told there not ready and to come back monday ...wont be going back there

I have taken my daughters here a few times, late at night, saturday morning and Sundays and the service is fantastic. If you are happy to see any doctor, the wait time is very short. Nice people, great place.

This place was awesome! The service was ridiculously quick. I was hoping to spend more time waiting for my xray ( to get a better glimpse of the handsome rooster in physio) but went straight in. Receptionists were very pleasant and the xray guy had me walking out with a huge smile. Love this place. I'd be glad breaking my leg more often. Madeleine H (lady commenting below) must of had her cranky pants on that day.

Unreasonably long wait times on every occassion we went. Sometimes 2 to 3 hours.
Staff are very rude, esp the xray reception. However by far the biggest joke is that it has taken me 2 months to transfer medical records for my family. And only now did I receive a letter stating they will release them, however not until we pay the $55 per family member.

No other surgery charged us for this service. When I phoned up to speak to someone they were yet again, very unhelpful and unpleasant. They have made it incredibly hard from the beginning, very frustrating because we desp needed an xray to be released, but to no avail. There is a far better bulk billing practise near by, where you can make appointment, and further more, get service with a smile.

Extremely long waiting times to see a doctor with rude staff. Always very busy as they bulk bill but be prepared to wait for more than an hour as a minimum with my longest wait being well over 2 hours. Doctor's have however generally been nice and fairly thorough.

Great bulk billing medical centre. I took my son here on a public holiday, mid afternoon, from start to finish we were there about 20 minutes.
