Never answered phone. Not even a call back. Looked at all the similar reviews, not surprised they left me hanging.

Have been trying to call for a Taxi,for 2 hours,No answer how about as a business have a msg that states you don’t work on Sundays at least then people wouldn’t be thinking they can get a Taxi and after trying for that amount of time I was then informed you don’t work on a Sunday,yet you advertise 24/7

Very disappointed am not able to drive and the laidley taxi is backed up so called them and got told no because he only works in Gatton then got hung up on do not call this company

I have complex ptsd and had a drs app this afternoon I pre booked this service to pick me up and take me home. After waiting 20 minutes I called and was rudely told he was expecting a second call from me and he was to busy picking up elderly people due to the weather now at which time I hung up. My partner last week had a cardiac episode landing in hospital last week and is very unwell however after needing to walk in the pouring rain for 40 minutes crying and petrified of all the noise, people and cars my partner found me outside of Gatton hiding trying to hide from the traffic in terror. I’m absolutely disgusted in this service, I cannot express how upsetting the experience has been.

Waited over half hour..don't phone this waste of time

Excellent service, arrived fast, only company that would take me from Gatton to Toiwoomba after my car blew an enjine.

Was trying to get to work in the morning and I saw him (owner of the cab service) start the rate at $9 and I thought he knew what he did. I ended up paying $60, he should be reported!

Was waiting almost 2 hours for a taxi just for them to finally call me and say he went to the wrong address. Then another hr later calls and says his driver got lost then spoke incredibly rude to me and hung up

Owner has very poor attitude and no people skills. Extremely rude. Unfortunately he has the only taxi in gatton and say or do whatever he wants.
