These guys wasted my time in viewing a rental property that already had a successful applicant and did not disclose that this was the case.

When I lodged a concern via facebook, they did not answer my concern and a few months later they blocked me and deleted my review. A check on their other 'glowing' reviews shows this was done by their employees.

Be careful when dealing with them. I find this behaviour unprofessional. Their staff were rude when discussing concerns on the phone.

Be very careful when dealing with this company ESPECIALLY the principal property manager who does not promptly answer emails and is EXTREMELY unclear when it comes to explanation of any sorts.

They were overly fussy, picky and kept insisting we use their cleaners which made us suspicious if they received any kickbacks.

Despite reaching an agreement in writing on a new end date, they went back on their word and insisted we pay rent till a new tenant was found. This would have been fine if not for misleading us for 1.5 months before we vacated the place.
