We purchased all of our bathroom items from this place. They were very competitive. We ordered wrong shower screen and they were happy to swap that for us even though it was delivered.

*BEWARE* This place should not be allowed to operate!! They will not take responsibility for faulty products nor will they take returns that are still sealed in their boxes!!! Avoid this place!!!! People that are happy to take your money and that have no customer service skills whatsoever! Money hungry! Do not use!

Wow! I cannot believe they do not do exchances! Even though it was in the original packaging and we had the receipt. Their loss, we would have spent a lot more money there, not now though!

A very positive experience, the staff are knowledgeable about suitable fixtures and fittings. Good idea to have done your research well prior to purchase, as it is easy to order fittings that don't fit your specs due to many different configurations. Prices and quality very acceptable.
I requested an unexpected and urgent delivery( despite the usual notice period being two working days) and a very kind staff member delivered my goods personally after-hours, on his way home from work. Excellent customer service and very impressive!

All they think about is the $ no customer service if the owner finds out you have run out of a basin or cabinate he will double the price you paid in the first place
