Snooze

Prior to building our house, we started furniture shopping to look at ideas. We went into Snooze Springvale where they were having a sale. We were served by Donna, who was absolutely lovely. We told her straight up we weren't looking to buy then and there as our house is still underway. We were told that prices hiked once or even twice a year and that buying then wouldn't be a problem as they could hold the delivery until we were ready and didn't have to pay anything aside from original deposit until delivery settled. She offered a great price and under the promise that we have delivery and payment flexibility, we agreed to order. Our house has been delayed and has taken longer than we had hoped and now we have been receiving rude phone calls from Troy, a Snooze Springvale consultant badgering us about payment and delivery. Had we known this would happen, quite honestly, we would not have ordered with Snooze. Their demeanour over the phone has shown poor form and unwillingness to uphold promises.

Go elsewhere to shop. Pay a little extra if you have to; it's not worth the stress.

Being in a home maker centre the competition is strong so the service is good and price competitive.

I liked the range they had there and the staff explained the delivery and assembly process well.
