Total Paper & Catering Supplies Pty Ltd.

Went to return products, sales consultant started calculating the total and then calls the manager on the phone only to be told that I could not return the saleable product - wasted 30mins for no reason. Very rude response saying i had 14days to return when i was now at 21days. While this is happening, 2 customers are waiting to be served but no other consultant is helping them. Very poor service
