I want to thank Greg from the NRMA in the Springwood office. His service is unsurpassed and deserves either a promotion or huge pay rise!
I have been dealing with many services in my 40 years and I have never experienced such empathy and understanding ever than I have from Greg.
Greg essentially went to enormous lengths in his duties and customer service with my claim.
I have been with NRMA a long time and will always recommend this insurance agency to everyone.
I just want to say thank you and I have began writing a letter to further compliment Greg to NRMA head office.
