Optus

went to the optus shop to upgrade my handset directly from the optus via the website, or called their sales line directly as I believed the staff would be knowledgeable about the products and would be able to help me make an informed decision as I needed camera for photos of products for my business, the staff member had no product knowledge, which I was not aware of and has after using Google advised me to get a #SamsungS20Ultra camera that adjusts the light on objects in a different way to the Camera on the #GalaxyNote20Ultra as I was upgrading from a Note10. The phone is unable to take pictures to the quality needed, and after calling optus they told me they would of advised me to go with the Note for that reason.

This store staff and owner refuse to help in anyway, basically they said too bad, it was a new product and our staff weren't familiar with it. Even though they are provided with the information and phone specifications months prior to receiving and distributing stock. I am 4 days out from the launch of my business and I am unable to take quality photo's, I advised the store of this and they weren't interested in helping me in anyway what so ever, they had made their money out of me, I am unable to now upgrade for 12 months and now have to spend money to go buy the phone I need, at an already stressful time, their staff didn't care that they hadn't provided good customer service, and just gave excuses that its not their fault they didn't know about the product as it had only been out a few weeks.

Unfortunately the person I spoke to at optus is unable to help, as much as they were so apologetic about the situation, the person I spoke to seemed to have excellent knowledge about these products and the difference.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST PURCHASING DIRECTLY THROUGH OPTUS, the staff on their sales number were great, the sales staff at this store have no product knowledge, don't really care if the customer is satisfied and made an already stress and expense time so much more stressful and have left me even further out of pocket as I now have to go and purchase the phone that is best for taking pictures of my products.



Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS STORE, if I ever have to go to an optus shop I will be happy drive further and go to another optus shop than have any more dealings with this springwood franchise.
