I made an appointment to have my dog washed & dried at the RSPCA Springwood. My pet was very wary but the girl there said that my dog would remember her next time and be more settled. My dog had to have her bath outside as apparently the bath inside the back room was not working. The second trip for my dogs bath resulted in the same but girl I had made appointment with was busy attending to another dog. Again made appointment for the third time and we were lead straight outside for her wash, first girl again no where to be seen. Fourth and last time today. I rang this morning and made appointment for a wash with this said girl and an inexperience women not only did not first clean the bath down but did not give my dog a through wash. Then to add insult to injury, she managed to release my dog in the busy carpark after she yanked and pulled on her lead. After running loose in rhe carpark, my dog eventually hid under a strangers 4WD. I coast my frighten dog out by opening my car door near by. Yes! Dogs have good memories. There is no way I would take her back after today, One because I do not trust the staff and two because my dog will not forget the experience either & I refuse to put her through that ever again. I have given one star for the chewie bones I purchased. On behalf of Chilli Brady

My dog was clipped and it looks like a child had clipped her. She was bald in some parts, had uneven hair on her body, the feet were not clipped even though I had asked for them to be clipped very close. I could not even rate the groom 1 star it was so bad but I had to rate it prior to sbmitting my feedback.

I will never go there again which is a shame as I like to support the RSPCA.

RSPCA superstore in Springwood is the only place I go for my Cats needs, all of their profits stays with the RSPCA helping creatures great and small and their variety is mammoth.
I get all my cats products from Food, Cat Litter, Toys & Hygiene at a worthy and reasonable price.
They give so much and ask so little. So please treat your pets at the RSPCA superstore.
