I purchased a pair of Ara leisure shoes to take overseas on holiday in Gordon store. $179. Wore them less than a dozen times only for the soles to fall off both shoes. Took them back upon my return 8 weeks after purchase only to be told that "we can't refund you until we investigate the problem with our supplier and the supplier will come back to you within 10 days". Unacceptable practice as my contract is with Leisure Shoes Gordon, not their supplier. After a lot of messing around, and having to forcibly demand a refund in store, miraculously the store assistant was then able to give me a refund, albeit with enormous push back. Stand your ground with this company. They will give you the run around. They are clearly selling "SECONDS".l

Customer service a real concern if you purchase a pair of shoes from Leisures Shoes Boutique and enjoy your purchase, thats great. Just be aware if you happen to have a problem with your purchase customer service and response to any queries is likely to be non existent. I bought an expensive pair of shoes which started to fall apart after a small number of wears. I received no attention or response to phone calls, email and personal visits to the store. No one in the store has the authority to do anything but refer to the owner who does not call back.
