Computer Cures Melbourne

I am writing this after weeks of crying and trying to do all my school assessments and assignments all over again after choosing Computer Cures to fix my laptop because it was starting to give blue screens. Since I called them first time, I told on the phone many times that my graduation depends on my folders in my laptop. Yet, when the tech came to explain what happened to my laptop while assessing parts seperately, he said I said I don't have valuable things inside... The reason I called in the first place was saving my files! How the logic ended up in that spot, i have no idea..

Also my computer was working beside of blue screens and it came back to me not reading bios or seeing my SSD. I am not sure which one is hurting more; paying after getting nothing back + not working laptop now or my laptop being used as experimental stuff to for to speak, getting fixed... I would NOT recommend at all.



PS. After calling them and talking to their boss called PAUL, who spoke to me very sarcastically and hung up on my face, I talked to tech person HARRY. They said they would give my money back ,haven't had the money processed as well as THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO I CANNOT CALL THEM :D if you guys do not call me back, I will carry this case with all these evidence to CONSUMER AFFAIRS as you scam people's money, block your customers seems like very much you are a fraud to me. Who else does that otherwise?

Paul from Computer Cures was a great help setting up my new computer, Telstra email accounts, and cleaning up my computer from malware. Which was driving me absolutely crazy (with random pop-ups appearing every time I used the internet). He also gave me recommendations on the best way to keep my computer running optimally and how to keep my software all up to date. Paul's customer service is excellent and I highly recommend him for anyone who is having trouble with their computer.

Paul has been to my place at least four times. He is very thorough and makes sure that everything is 100 percent - dots the i's and crosses the t's. He is very friendly and helpful. And, to cap it off, he turns up on time!

My wife and I were having troubles with our respective computers and other electronic gadgets/connections. Paul arrived and we were so pleased to see a person and not have to communicate via email and talk to and allow a "remote" technician to manipulate our PCs from afar. Paul appreciated that our eyes tended to glaze over with PC jargon and gobbledygook.

He explained the problems and fixes in easy understandable language. He went further and assessed our telephones, wireless modem and Apple TV problems (including problems occurring as a result of Microsoft and Apple updates). He also upgraded my wife's PC to Windows 7 with all the problems of new applications. At the same time he acted on our behalf by talking to Telstra regarding cable connections. It is all systems go for us now thanks to Paul.

We are thoroughly satisfied with Paul; his integrity, knowledge and professionalism and dedication towards solving problems and have no qualms in recommending his services. His approach to customer service is truly wonderful and a pleasure to receive nowadays.... (he is so tall I got a crick in my neck talking to him!) ...we will not hesitate to use his expertise again whenever needed.

Computer cures saved my day, Paul came to my house and helped me with my email issues with Outlook and then also helped me with MYOB accounting software. Paul was so helpful and proactive. He called my ISP and made immediate contact with the companies to get the relevant information to fix my problems. He talked computer talk and then explained to me the exact coding, issues and necessary information I needed. He wrote my passwords, fixed any hardware overloads and updated my anti virus. All my issues and questions were efficiently and quickly answered!
I highly recommend Computer Cures to anyone who wants their computer issues solved efficiently and within minimum time.
