The last time I made it to The Elephant & Wheelbarrow it was at the request of a mate who wanted a night out. What we got was a cover band who actually used pre-recorded sections when the guitar section of songs got a bit too hard, and women old enough to be our Mums hitting on us and going for a pinch.
