I am currently in Royal North Shore Hospital reovering from mmajor surgery.Three times I have ordered bondi burgers,two have been delivered seemlesssly - last night however I paid,waited 30 mins & went hungry!Only days ago I wrote some glowing feedback (5 star rating) to be ripped off & have my misplaced praise thrown back in my face!Reinburse my money please.

I have tried several times either by phone or email to contact head office regarding a problem redeeming my flame rewards. For some reason my account is achieving rewards but not allowing me to use them. Each store I go to is of no help, HR do not get back to me, very frustrating

Hi to the oportos corporate group I must say I purchased a la famila meal and now you have removed the drinks smaller chips and added some cheap popcorn chicken rubbish so we pay the same money and now receive less I will never purchased this ever again
