We warn everyone NOT to use Mark Kelada & Associates!! The service he provided was absolutely appalling - he didn't actually do anything he said he would. This included not providing a contract to our real estate agent. He would not be available when needed, was extremely rude and condescending when contacted on the phone and asked for more money from us when he needed to provide a copy of the Sale Contract to our real estate agent. We cancelled our contract with him after he verbally abused my husband twice! BEWARE OF MARK KELADA!!
