Mobile One Auto Repairs

I was quoted and that Bendix 4WD/SUV range of brake pads will be installed. Instead Bendix General CT (lower range) was installed. My car is Kia Sorento 2013 and SUV/4WD brake pads are recommended. I was told that would be installed and quoted for the same over the phone and personally as well. Although Bendix branded brake pads were installed but the lower quality General CT (more suitable to small cars) pads were installed. This is not reliable repairer. I wouldn't go back in my lifetime again even if it is close to my workplace and so convenient to get repaired.
