I'm a dancer and came in with an injury from a particular move and discomfort I only noticed in extreme stretches. After 2 sessions, I had not been given any exercises. On the 3rd, I was given nerve damage - my usual physio was sick, reception forgot to call and another physio decided on an alternate treatment that session. This 24/7 pain did not subside for 3 weeks and after questioning Precision Physio services I was given a free session with the manager ?? He apologised for a negative experience, conducted another assessment, listed additional problems, all of which, he said, contributed to my initial injury and would have led to the nerve damage anyway - as well as many others. The proposed solution was to attend physiotherapy appointments 3 times a week for a minimum of 5 weeks before moving to exercise physiology 3 times a week.

Cute attempt at going-out-of-our-way-for-you customer service but it doesn't disguise that their business focus is definitely on sales, not physiotherapy.

All credibility was lost when the manager concluded my problem stemmed from a leg being a few mm's longer than the other - something that I never noticed during 2yrs of daily 5km runs, but is now THE issue as a pole dancer - though my legs barely touch the ground.
