We had We Do Kitchens supply and install a complete new kitchen and laundry and the reno was seamless. Darryl was on time to do the quote, listened and worked with what we wanted, didnt try to sell us what we didnt want/need. The installer Glenn knows his job and does it well - he arrived early morning and worked solid into the evening to complete the install, which was perfect with no rectification work required. Job site left clean and tidy. Our previous kitchen was an uninviting room - it is now the hub of our home and where everyone hangs out. So happy with We Do Kitchens we are returning to have them do a 2nd property for us.

We wanted to give our kitchen a facelift by keeping the carcass and replacing the doors, benchtop and splashback. Darryl came out and gave us a very reasonable quote ( all the other companies insisted we would need a whole new kitchen costing thousands more ) Darryl coordinated it all so that nothing was a hassle for me. All the tradesmen were excellent. They arrived on time, were polite , did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. The kitchen looks amazing and I am really happy with both the quality and how it looks. I would definitely recommend this company.

To summarise

*Cabinets and doors crooked, draws misaligned. Left pieces of wood screwed in all over the place ( i am assuming these were supports while installing the kitchen but they were left on) and created work for me
*Had to repeatedly come back due to mistakes in measurements which were not all rectified in the end causing work for me again.
*Dishwasher space was not properly reinforced for the bench top which I had to resolve myself, causing yet more work for me.
*It looks like a really cheap $2000 kitchen but cost me $10,000 and I felt I did more work on getting it into a respectable state then the people being paid to do the job.
Conclusion:
If you value your money and want a decent design and good quality kitchen, Stay as far away from We Do Kitchens as possible!

I couldn't recommend this company based on their after sales service. They are a cabinet supply company. They have an external foreman person who co-ordinates the trades, all the trades are booked and paid for separate. The trades where on time, very courteous and helpful and do a great job. But found myself contacting them to come back to complete the work.

Follow up after the install was very poor. No returned phone messages and communicating through text messages. We made 2 changes, added and ordered an extra small cupboard and increased our stone thickness and this seemed to increase the job time by 'weeks'. This is also down to the stone company they use. it was suggested that we use their stone people so they could over see any problems. But obviously they then put on their percentage to the quote to do this. I found myself co-ordinating the measure appointment myself. And continuing following up on the quote and install date. Further delayed by mechanical problems.

Ask your company for a copy of the plan after you pay your deposit so you can start to get quotes on bench tops and splash backs. There are other stone options out there but you have to put in the time to research. If you do this at the beginning you can co-ordinate this yourself. That goes for any kitchen or bathroom Reno.

Honestly a very average experience. The cupboards were meant to be custom lengths, stone bench tops perfectly level and everything made to order but the job was half done. The cabinet makers had to come back twice to "fix" problems but never did anything useful. When the upper cabinets were meant to sit flush with the rangehood and they turned up 200mm short i was told that the cabinets arent made to order and they are pre-made. So you are getting bunnings or ikea quality goods at a custom made price. We were told that even though the original sales rep promised exact sizes that i was mistaken. They were never allowed to be wrong.
They installed all our appliances at a fee and did a dodgy job of it. They didn't seal anything, i had to get an electrician in to fix up the setting of the oven myself. The rangehood wasn't level in any respect. It wasn't level with the bench (that was on a 5% incline) and it wasn't level with the wonky cupboards or level in general.
The "soft close drawers" struggle to close half the time and none of the cupboards close flush. It doesn't take a genius to see the gaps or the way things don't line up.
I had a local tiler in to do the splashback and he couldn't believe how bad the bench was installed. From one side of the kitchen to the other there was nearly a 12mm difference. He said most of the bench wasn't even sealed.
The electrician had to personally fix one of the cupboards because he said it was unsafe to house the fuse box. I don't want to sound overly negative but honestly the only thing they were good at is getting out of your house in a timely manner and leaving you at peace (they never called to say anything let alone sorry).
If i had my time over again i would definitely spend a bit extra and get someone with proven work in to do the job properly.
