I would give zero if I could

They took over 5 weeks to fix up a faulty item. 2 out of 4 items came damaged and customer service is not helpful as they have been running me around for days. It took them 5 weeks to rectify the problem

Hopeless customer service

Delivered to incorrect address, redelivered all fine. Send out replacement item wichi have tried to cancel. Currently will be sitting on the street waiting to be stolen or collected by council.

Three times i have told Temple and Webster the item has been delivered.

Twice bitten I suppose I should have leaned the first time.

I have had two poor experiences with temple and webster relating to shipping, delayed shipping and even when not dispatched failing to cancel my order with the intent of delaying so the order will be dispatched to avoid refund. The company is dishonest and unethical in the way it manages customers.

Greed trumps customer service

Temple and Webster take your money for delivery and stick you with Hunter Express as a business decision of theirs. They then require YOU to follow up when there is a problem. Check out the Hunter Express reviews. Well deserved - rude and obnoxious. Then T&W, after two hours waiting on live chat, offer to raise a ticket. See you in 3-5 business days?! Pitiful and pathetic and a disgrace to the concept of customer service all round. In the name of profit I presume. The people who hide behind the poor live chat dudes should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Tipping money makes it better for them.

Gret Charcoal Stools Arrived Perfectly!

These stools turned out great! We got the charcoal finish and they have a bit of washed look, so it isn't so intense and dark as we thought but it actually works so well. Chairs are comfy, a bit more plasticy feeling with foam and faux leather, the bases are solid, well painted and assemble super easy. Overall we couldn't have found a better priced pair of stools!

Completely faulty product

Ordered a very expensive indoor fountain It did not work from the start- It was such a convoluted process to get in touch with them a

. Despite a 1 yr- guarantee, they wanted to charge a $100 to return it, The lady on the phone was as good as a computer,, Never will I order anything from them again,

Advertised product but not in stick

Ordered & paid for sheets over 5 weeks ago.

After 3 useless phone calls to company was told product was out of stock. Company stated the warehouse cannot advise when product will be back in stock. Robot chat session useless and advised me products are advertised even when unavailable ‘to keep the customer interested’. False & misleading advertising. Buyer beware.

Defective robots managing customer service

When I called the customer service line I found it very scary because the humans taking the calls seemed more robotic than AI. Here is an example. Me: Good Morning, T&W: We are sorry for any inconvenience, Me: I found a set of Anders table legs on the tip and would like to buy just the glass table top. T&W: What is the order number? Me: I found the legs on the rubbish dump. T&W: Do you know the name of the person who bought them and the order number? And so on it went. We are all doomed.
