Terrible customer service, can only talk through chat. Wait hours for your turn then they cut you off.

Received one product, multiple manufacturing defects. Promised despatch in 1 week, took a month to get here! Then found the week it was being delivered they are selling for 10% cheaper!

Cancelling the rest of my order if I can get hold of them. Be warned!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Ordered an ottoman online June 19, 2023, money taken from account for product, freight and protection. No email order confirmation, no order number but they have my money. Used online chat and no good, sent 2 emails and no reply.

T&W have a broad range of products available, many of which I've purchased spending several thousand dollars. After experiencing significant and ongoing delivery problems as well as dismissive, at times arrogant, T&W customer support staff I will no longer purchase from this company.

They gave me two emails stating the order was shipped and that delivery was on the way the following week. When I rang to question the tracking 8 days later the transport company said the order wasn’t even ready to pick up at the origin yet!! I called to get a refund and even though they had no trouble taking money without verification for payment just try and get it back!!! I’m sure after all the requirements we will need to submit blood groups too!! They are poor. Very poor. I will be making it my business to steer people away from such stress and absolutely diabolical customer service. Don’t do it to yourself.

Have ordered a Sofa Chair Bed 4 weeks ago - have been trying for 3 days and lots of hours to have this delivered - showing they have stock. Now have no bed for Visitors. Their solution, you should cancel and re order. Guess what - up to 10 business days - Christmas will be over. Not one Person has called as advised and still waiting. Felt fobbed off on the phone and "we are here to help" chat. Thinking or contacting CEO through LINKEDIN. Mind you have spent a lot of money over the years - TEMPLE & WEBSTER is my go to store. This is the only issue I have ever had and really stressful when unable to get your product, they have your money, toooo late to order a replacement from any store. Just stressed and disappointed.

Terrible customer service. They hire multiple couriers who never arrive when they state they will. Hunter couriers are rude and aggressive and their bad reviews speak for themselves. Temple and Webster obviously do not value their customers using them. Tried to ring a manager - was told by useless customer service I could not. No one is accountable. Finally did contact team leader who said he would chase up a delivery with Hunter express and update and never did. I am still waiting. We were going to furnish our whole home and mothers through them. Not now. We will shop retail now where one can speak to a manager, get better customer service, highly quality goods and a reliable delivery time. Never online again. The stress is horrendous and I am still waiting on over $5,000 worth of items I purchased in the one order. They do not value their customers. Do not shop there - it was our worst experience ever. And no one can be contacted.

I've no idea why so many bad reviews... I purchased good from T&W twice (big and small items) both were delivered quite quickly, and the items were as described. On one occasion while placing an order, I forgot to add the $20 discount, so I emailed them to cancel and re-order, explaining my situation. I received a phone call within minutes, and it was all sorted to my satisfaction, saving money as well. Operator was very helpful.

Obviously things can go wrong for some,

order delays. Yet to leave the warehouse and no reason to why or new arrival dates with zero communications

I was delivered a pest infested bio hazard dining table which crumbled in my hands while unpacking and is still on my property after two weeks and a visit from bio security. T&W initially stated that it did not leave the factory in this condition and was in fact a threat to me and my family. Then they tried to pretend it was just part of the wood and wanted me to package it up safely for them and put myself and home at risk from injury and infestation. I'm absolutely appaled at the danger introduced and particularly at the incredibly poor response.

Purchased a table a month before Christmas item said ships in 4 weeks did not arrive. It’s now 8week later just received an update that it will arrive in 4 weeks what a joke of a company do not buy from this company. They wait until they have enough orders before they make your furniture you could be waiting months like us..
