Where do I begin to start when explaining how much Karen positively changed my life in so many ways. Karen radiates warmth that instantly makes you feel completly comfortable in her presence, which helped me to open up about issues I was suppressing from the past. I was lost in this world and unsure of my place, however Karen helped me to find myself again. I feel truly blessed to have met her and have immense graditude for her helping me when I was in one of my lowest points in life. I didn't think i'd ever see the day I would truly feel happy within myself, and today I feel at peace because of this amazing woman. Karen taught me so many valuable tools which I still use today to live in the moment. I would highly recommend this beautiful soul to family and friends knowing they are in the best hands with Karen.

Karen has helped me with a few different issues relating to my vision impairment, the most recent being the retirement of my Guide Dog.
I have worked with Karen as a peer support person and found her to be very Professional, understanding, caring, and supportive, also a good listener with a calming voice, and positive encouragement that leaves me feeling relaxed with a stress free focus on the future.
