In my personal experience as a committee member, this firm was not a good fit for our Owners Corporation. It felt like the organisation was too small to manage our needs effectively, and communication was often difficult and confrontational.
When we transitioned to a new strata manager, I found the handover process excessively slow and frustrating, and some essential accounts and payments did not appear to be up to date.
This is only my experience, but I would encourage other OCs to make sure they do thorough due diligence before engaging this company.

Key Strata Management is very professional.
Pauline and Murray were extremely hard working, and went above and beyond when dealing with my strata property. Pauline and Murray were both very approachable when any issue arose, and prompt in dealing with them. It was not an easy complex to manage, with both building and resident problems. They were very knowledgeable on strata bylaws, and therefore could guide the committee by offering advice and an action plan to solve any problems. Their due diligence was second to none!
The contractors they had on their books were also very reliable, friendly and courteous.
I have no hesitation in recommending the always helpful and efficient Key Strata Management to any complex.

This company feels it is ok, to send a photo of my 9 year old daughter in her swim ware at our pool to everyone in our complex! 38 units!
The reason was to state “ children must be supervised in the pool ( which she was) and dogs must be on a lead (which he was)
But apparently this message was not good enough and they thought it was a good idea to send “proof” to everyone.
After confronted stray and asking them to delete this photo they refused! And claimed they have done nothing wrong!
Don’t use this company unless you want personal pictures of children shared around! Disgusted!!!

Stay clear, they have no regard for things voted on at meetings, did not care that someone pulled out trees with no permission, only to then plant giant rainforest trees in front of peoples views, and right beside drains. Let a contractor put in floodlight strength, around 1300 lumens per light, pathway lights even though he said they would have a soft glow and not shine upwards. Then they insisted that was fine for pathway lights. If you want to live without the prospect of neighbours planting giant trees in front of yours and others views and other giant plants in front of windows, plus feel like you are living in an overlit mcdonals carpark, then avoid.
