My experience with the owner of the company was terrible. I though I had a service paid from the previous owner, in a previous phone call and when I brought the scooter they rush me off and did not listen to my enquire. So obviously when I pick it up he ask me to pay for the service.
Bad enough I would have paid for the service which was not sure If was paid for, but I made him notice his bad customer service, where he did not let me clarify my point in the beginning.
Right after my comment he went off at my starting with racist comment about Italians and European people, (well you not have started a business with Italian product and an European population customers). All his comments and answers were really rude and then walked away. I was left speaking with his employee which was actually polite but could do nothing about his boss.
Also love to add his answer when I told about the review, he said they already have a lot of bad review and he does not care.
