Ordered replacement filters which I have not received after 2 weeks and was charged for twice. I had to contact The Water Shop and sort out the double payment that was put on my credit card. Had to ask for an invoice and have not been issued an invoices for the other items I purchased. When contacted I asked when my items would be delivered. I was told that they would follow this up and get straight back to me. That was 5 days ago.
