Terrible. Lacking in communication, lacking it providing what I paid for, and lacked following through with the guarantee they provide. I had to pay my realestate and $900 for a reclean of the rental after I had already paid these guys to do an end of lease clean. Do not use them

This company is a scam!! Spent two days trying to change time then didnt show up ten mins before!!

Johnson the owner didnt call me back despite several attempts. My hunch is they overbook under quote and then cancel got another cleaner in did a great job. After reading other reviews im glad they didnt come. Sounds like they rip people off at one of the most stressfull times

3 days before the service due date, they emailed me to tell we are unable to accommodate your request. Stay away from them, they have no commitment at all.

We booked their end-of-lease cleaning service two weeks prior the date. They didn't come. They didn't call to warn. We spent 3 hours to call them to know what's up. Finally, they just said that nobody going to come. Sorry. The worst service ever.

We booked Austral Cleaning to do our bond clean on 16th Dec 2019. We were quoted $424 for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 living area house, which apparently required 8.5hrs labour.



Three “cleaners” showed up to start the clean and requested to inspect the property. After they inspected, they demanded another $300 on top of the already quoted $424 in order to complete a standard bond clean without carpets!?!?! For a standard bond clean without carpets on a 4 bedroom house, this is an absolute RIP OFF. We refused to pay the extra money on top of the already quoted $424.



We then came to an agreement that the cleaners would do as much of the bond clean in the allotted 8.5hrs labour for the $424. Upon returning to inspect the property, hardly anything was done!!!

- SKIRTING BOARDS NOT CLEANED

- NO BLINDS CLEANED

- RANGEHOOD WASN’T CLEANED

- AIR CON FILTERS NOT CLEANED

- BENCHES AND POWERPOINTS NOT CLEANED

- STAIRWELL STORAGE SPACE NOT EVEN TOUCHED

-LAUNDRY WALLS NOT CLEANED

- LIVING AREA AND DINING AREA WALLS NOT CLEANED

- TILES NOT VACUUMED OR MOPPED AT ALL



So you tell me Austral Cleaning, what did your three “CLEANERS” actually do!?



Let’s not even mention the fact that one of your “cleaners” left for 20 minutes to go to Coles to buy oven cleaner. What kind of cleaning company turns up without the required cleaning products.



Now of course this PATHETIC excuse for a bond clean did not pass exit inspection, and we requested for the cleaners to return 2 days later to amend the above.



Firstly, I was told that blinds were not included in our quoted price, yet is listed as an inclusion on their website???



Secondly, the “cleaners” were supposed to show up at 2pm on the 19th, and what a surprise, they didn’t show up. I then contacted “Johnson” who claims to be in charge of the company. He said that we didn’t advise access to the property when I very clearly told him 24hrs before, that we would be there at 2pm. He was downright rude, condescending and completely disrespectful. He said the cleaners would come back at 4.30pm. We are still waiting for them to show up.....



THIS COMPANY IS DISGRACEFUL, FRAUDULENT, PATHETIC. The customer service and cleaning services we received are on par for ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE. I wouldn’t even recommend this pathetic company to my worst enemy. Waste of time, waste of money. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Austral bind cleaning team cleaned my home on four occasions now and every time I am astounded by their speed and thoroughness. I only use them every few months when my house is ready for a thorough clean. The ladies are always friendly and eager to please by asking exactly what needs to be done. I am happy with their service and will always use them.

It was a 7 hour job for 2 cleaners. Tim and his team were very professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend them for end of lease cleaning in Mt Gravatt area.
