This group of people should work for a large plumbing company for they have poor customer skills. They got seriously offended when asked for a new ETA after being an hour late. From then on they were hostile, adding extra to the cost, threatening too leave before finishing the job and demanding immediate payment. The real measure of a good business

is how they handle complaints, here they failed miserable. Do not recommend.

They arrived 3 hours late without any notification during the wait. They left behind all rubbish including old toilet, piping, offcuts and waste.

Jay from Alexandrina Plumbing responded to my request within 30 minutes and came out the next day. He was fast, diagnosed the problem quickly and his quote was well under what I had expected. I would highly recommend this professional and efficient business.
