If I can give negative star I will! Dealing with three different agents, Devine is the worst.

As an investor/owner, after 8 weeks of non-application at all, we decided to end with Devine and take back the keys. We do not want to blame them because they do gave us a timely feedback after open house every week although no application. When we go to their office to collect the key, there was a fat manager questioning my husband like a police man ask a criminal guy, he was so impolite and unprofessional, he even forced my husband to sign on a paper saying that we would pay them the online advertising fee $200, otherwise they won't give back the key! In fact the adverting fee on the agreement is just $150 and no other agent we dealed with before charged us this money but Devine! When you paid this fee, they just add on Domain /RE and never updating it, 2 weeks later your ad will be down to the bottom, and if you ask them to update to make it back to the top, they will ask you to pay extra fee!

Anyway, the manager's rude attitude and unfriendly language made us want to stay away from this company and i will not recommend them to anyone who wants an responsible property leasing manager. Terrible experience!
